Hannah Rothlin, MA, Life Coach

Hannah Rothlin, MA, has been practicing various forms of meditation and mind body practices for the past 35 years. Her introduction to meditation and the importance of mind-body health came in 1983 as a result of serious back injury that required bed rest of 30 days. From that “crisis” came a life path that has included body, mind, spirit integration. Hannah has obtained two graduate degrees; one in Exercise Physiology from Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park CA and a second degree in Consciousness Studies (World Religions, Psychology and Philosophy) from the Holmes Institute in Santa Rosa CA. She has worked in the field of corporate wellness and as an Exercise Physiologist as various health clubs in Northern California where she has resided until 2014 when she moved to St. George Utah to pursue her passion of wilderness recreation. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, camping and traveling.  Hannah currently works part time as the Mind-body Specialist for the LiVe Well Center at Dixie Regional Medical Center and has a private practice as a Life Coach in St. George.
